JAP Express offers expert vanning and container loading solutions.  

Depending on the vehicles size and weight, we can load between 4 ~ 6 vehicles per 40ft container. All dunnage (loading and fastening equipment) meet int'l regulation bio-security standards and safety.

To maximize loading capacity we may need to suspend vehicles from the roof of the cntr, we'll use scratch resistant 9.0mm steel cables with 6ton TBS (tension breaking strength) to cradle each vehicles weight and to prevent swaying, we use nylon belts (1.8ton TBS) which  anchors the vehicle securely.

As an additional safety measure, we add 9×9 wooden beams which act as a secondary catchment just in case there is any unexpected movement.  (*subject to POA bio-security regulations)

Unlike many other vanning companies all of our services are done in-house, we'll arrange the in-land transportation to or vanning yard, offer free storage up to 30 days, then handle the drayage, loading, Japan side customs and shipping  

We load hundreds of containers every year and guarantee a safe, secure and speedy service. In most cases we can load your cntr within 7 days of delivery.
